1. What are your main products?

We mainly manufacture metal roll forming machines, including color steel roofing sheet machines, ridge cap machines, rain gutter machines, light steel keel machines, floor deck roll forming machines, decorative wall panel machines, flower bed machines, garden shed roll forming machines, C-purlin machines, and other metal forming equipment. Customized non-standard machines are available, suitable for construction, warehousing, and other application scenarios.

2.How can we make sure you will provide high-quality machines?

1. Customers can visit our factory in person or send technicians to inspect the machine quality.

2. We can send our technicians to the buyer's factory to complete machine installation.

3.What will you do if the machine breaks down?

A: We provide a one-year free warranty for all machines and free technical support throughout their service life. If a damaged part cannot be repaired, we will send a replacement part free of charge, but you shall bear the shipping cost. For machines out of warranty, we can negotiate a solution and provide full technical support for the roll forming machine.

4. Can you customize non-standard equipment? 

Yes. We can design machines according to customer drawings or optimize parameters based on specific requirements to meet different panel specifications. 

5. What is the production lead time? 

Standard machines: 7–15 working days. Customized machines: 20–60 working days. Urgent orders can be expedited upon request. 

6. What payment methods do you support? 

Standard international trade payment by T/T (30% deposit, balance paid before shipment). L/C is negotiable, and cross-border RMB settlement is also supported. 

7. How do you handle shipping and customs clearance? 

We support sea and land transportation. Customs declaration and inspection can be arranged, and we provide a full set of clearance documents, including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc. 

8. Do you provide installation, commissioning, and training? 

We provide installation and commissioning manuals and video guidance. On-site engineer service is available upon request (additional cost). Free operation and maintenance training is included. 

9. Is the equipment difficult to operate? 
No. The machines are fully automatic CNC systems, easy to operate, equipped with bilingual (Chinese & English) control panels. Operators can get started quickly after training. 

10. Is spare parts supply convenient? 
Yes. Core spare parts are kept in stock and can be shipped within 72 hours after ordering. International express delivery is supported to ensure long-term stable operation. 
 
11. How can I visit your factory?
1. Take a flight to Beijing Airport, then take the high-speed train from Beijing South Railway Station to Cangzhou West Railway Station (about 1 hour).

2. Take a flight to Tianjin Airport, then take the high-speed train from Tianjin to Cangzhou West Railway Station (about 0.5 hours).

3. Take a flight to Shanghai Airport, then take the high-speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Cangzhou West Railway Station (about 4.5 hours). We can pick you up upon your arrival.
